Cross Country

Last Friday we had our first Wigram Primary School Cross Country. Today we did some talking and writing about our favourite parts of the day. Check it out!

Summer Fun at the School Pool

At the beginning of the term when it was summer, we loved going swimming in the school pool. First we had to learn about keeping safe around and in the pool. We loved swimming because we learnt to do new things in the water. Some of us learnt to put their head under the water and blow bubbles. Some learnt to float like a star fish and others learnt to swim using their arms and legs. Sometimes Miss Graham, Miss Cruz and Nina went swimming too. Swimming in the school pool was amazing and awesome and fun!

Welcome to the Ruru space with Mrs Jude Ingram, Miss Aimee Cruz, Miss Taylor Graham, Mrs Jacinda Clements and Miss Nikki Grimwood. 

We have had a really interesting and exciting term of learning. We have been learning about each other and the things we like to do. We have also been learning about Wigram Primary School, our learning space name and our new HEART values. 

We have been brainstorming with the children about what our highlights for Term 1 have been and they are excited to share their ideas and learning with you. 

This blog is a great way for you to be involved in your child's learning and see what happens in our learning space. We look forward to sharing some of your comments and responses with the children.
